Overview

These terms govern your use of The Mulberry Cove website and your stay at the property. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms. The property is owned and managed by Three Boys REI LLC, located in San Diego, California.

Bookings & Payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking platform
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• Rates are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees
• A valid credit card is required to hold any reservation

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in
• Cancellations within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable
• No refunds for early departures or no-shows
• All cancellations must be submitted through the booking platform

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is not guaranteed
• Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival

Guest Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

• Treat the property and its contents with care and respect
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests
• Comply with local noise ordinances — quiet hours are enforced by noise monitoring devices on the property
• Not host parties or events without prior written approval
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Leave the property in a reasonably clean condition at checkout

Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee may apply. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and must ensure pets do not disturb neighbors.

Security & Cameras

For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in use at the front door, driveway, backyard, and side yard. Noise monitoring devices are also present on the property. No interior surveillance devices are used.

Liability

The Mulberry Cove and its owners are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests stay at their own risk. We are not liable for any interruption of services such as internet, utilities, or appliances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or a confirmed booking constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
